The Role
- You will be assisting on a broad range of respondent and claimant Employment Law matters including unfair dismissals, discrimination, executive orders, stress at work and settlement agreements.
- The firms client base includes a lot of local South Yorkshire SME businesses but will also cross over into employees requiring legal advice. Therefore the work will focus on the respondent and claimant element.
- -The work will consist of commercial clients and will not involve any private client work, therefore somebody with a commercial acumen is key

The Candidate
- - You should be a committed to delivering a first class service to clients at all times.
- Our client is looking for someone with considerable experience in Employment Law work who is confident hitting the ground running.
-The firm are friendly and close knit so will be looking for a candidate who can fit into this ethos.
