Legal Counsel

The legal function is small but growing and you will play an instrumental part - both within the legal team and across the wider business.

As this organisation works with the largest companies across the globe your role will be varied, with no day being the same.

Elements of the role will include:

- Drafting and negotiating international long term, high value and often complex supply and procurement agreements.
- Promoting good practice with regards to contract management and IP protection.
- Conduct training for other business areas regarding legal and compliance policy.
- Supporting on disputes and other arbitration or regulatory matters when they arise.
- Ensuring compliance and corporate governance in line with anti-bribery, corruption and competition law.

We are keen to hear from individuals that have gained at least 3 years commercial legal experience, working either in-house or with a leading national law firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer to join a high calibre in house team, and take on an interesting and diverse in-house role.
