A fantastic sole Legal role has arisen with one of my top clients.
They are looking for a Qualified Solicitor, ideally at least 2 years PQE, who is able to:
* Take primary responsibility for all the legal matters
* Ensure the company is compliant with existing and new legislation which is imposed upon it externally
* Carry out all Company Secretarial services as required
* Oversee the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes
The ideal candidate will look after all the Company Secretarial duties, compliance, pension schemes and all other legal matters as required. The role will report into the Head of Finance and it is imperative that the candidate has excellent communication skills as there will be dealings up to CEO level.
