Commercial Solicitor - Liverpool City Centre

A fantastic opportunity for a commercial solicitor has arisen to join an award winning corporate/ commercial specialist firm in Liverpool city centre. This is an opportunity to do high quality work, on par if not better than the work in the national firms, with the collegiate culture of a smaller firm. The Role:
· NQ- 4 years PQE
· You will be given first class training and have the opportunity to pick up a varied caseload including but not limited to; confidentiality & non- disclosure agreements, joint ventures, IT, software contracts, T & C's, IP, data protection and competition, M & A, cross border claims (deals ranging from 5-60 million).
· You will be working with experienced Partners who are considered to be experts in their field

Candidate Requirements:
· NQ- 4 year PQE solicitor with previous commercial experience
· Collegiate approach
· Willing to learn
