We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property lawyer to join a local authority in South East England.

This is an interesting role which encompasses property and development work; including regeneration, residential and commercial aspects of property law. The successful candidate would be responsible for carrying out duties, such as:

  • Preparing new leases and dealing with lease renewals
  • Advising on all property aspects
  • Attending meetings and verbally advising Councillors as required
  • Investigating land development work

This fantastic opportunity has superb transport links to London and will be initially a 3 months contract, with the possibility of extension thereafter. Whilst public sector experience is ideal, candidates from a private practice background will be considered.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
