My client is an innovative B2B business, in growth mode. It is seeking a talented employment lawyer with at least 5 years PQE to undertake a range of advisory work as well as to provide ad hoc corporate support. The role will sit with the HR team and report to the Legal Director. It will allow significant autonomy and business integration. The suitable candidate will have strong academics, recognisable training and strong commercial awareness. Candidates with an in house background as well as those within private practice are encouraged to apply. This role would suit a confident and solution orientated individual who is comfortable interacting with a diverse work force and with a range of internal clients.
The role will be based in Surrey (driving distance from Reading, Basingstoke and Guildford), for 3 days per week. The remaining 2 days could be spent either working from home or in the client's central London office.
