Job Title: RTA Litigation Fee Earner
Job reference: AFP/3585350
Job description: We are currently recruiting for RTA Litigation Fee Earners to join an established firm in Cheshire due to continued success of the department and increase in workload.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of running a predominately fast track litigated caseload, with an element of complex injuries and cases involving allegations of LVI fraud and the MIB
- Previous use of a case management system
- Knowledge of the changes implemented post 01.04.13 and a good knowledge of CPR
- Knowledge of the MOJ portal and the pre-action protocol
This role offers a competitive basic salary with an excellent bonus scheme to increase your earning potential.
Applications are welcome from Fee Earners, Litigators, Legal Executives and Solicitors with experience dealing with Litigated RTA claims.
Salary: up to £34,000
