Conveyancer – £35k to £40k DOE – Leicester

Well regarded practice offering excellent salary and incentives, seeks an experienced Conveyancer to join their Leicester office.

The successful applicant will handle an existing caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will handle a caseload autonomously and will be fully supported by an experienced secretary.

The firm has an excellent reputation in the local area and holds both the Lexcel and CQS accreditation. They are committed to following best practice and delivering excellent results for clients.

In order to be considered for this position it is essential that you have experience handling a caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers and help to buy transactions. Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000. The firm offers excellent financial incentives and competitive holiday allowance.
