Property Lawyer

Property Lawyer required on a part-time basis to join a local authority based in Kent.

The successful Property Lawyer will undertake both commercial property and residential conveyancing work for the council. The ideal candidate will be available for 2-3 days per week.

The client is happy to consider both private practice and local government experience. This post is 3 months initially, with the view of extension thereafter.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and accommodating team, who can offer a competitive hourly rate.
