In House Legal Counsel - Construction Lawyer
£50k - £70k
Milton Keynes
A leading business transforming the UK's digital network infrastructure is looking for a construction lawyer to support their growing legal team. This business has key partnerships with some of the UK's largest telecoms providers, operating within 35+ cities in the UK. You will be based in Milton Keynes where the business has recently gone live with a key landmark project in partnership with a leading network provider.
The role
To provide construction advice on matters affecting group companies. Drafting, negotiating and closing a range of construction contracts to support infrastructure roll-out.
You will have key relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers, customers and advisers.
The Lawyer
- You will be a 2-5 PQE qualified construction lawyer with solid commercial training ideally with some in-house experience, whether permanent or secondment. Any experience with a telecoms business would be advantageous but not essential. You must have strong construction contract drafting and negotiating experience and be able to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
