My client is an established, full-service law firm that has a long-standing reputation in the market. The firm are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join the team working and work a varied and challenging caseload at their Bournemouth office. The firm can offer outstanding career prospects and competitive salary, for the right candidate.

The successful individual will ideally possess at least 3 years PQE from a recognised firm and work closely with the Private Capital Group and the wider team at Milton Keynes to develop the Private Client offering at the office and produce high quality legal services to clients on all aspects of private client work.

As they have recently had an influx of High Net Worth Clients, it'll be expected that you 'hit the ground running' and take on a challenging, varied caseload of Wills, Trusts, Tax, LPA and Estate Administration files. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to perform considerable business development and develop their own Client base. Due to their highly reputable standing within the legal sector (Legal Top 50 with numerous accreditations), they can offer a highly competitive salary, numerous perks, benefits and a considerable degree of flexibility with working arrangements.

Skills and experience you will have:

- Significant experience in all aspects of Private Client work and proven business development skills (circa 3 years' PQE)
- A STEP qualification or be working towards one
- Some previous experience in managing or supervising others
- Exceptional Client care skills

- A willingness and enthusiasm to get involved in business development activities
- Motivation to take up a challenge at an exciting time
- Some previous experience in managing or supervising others
- Ideally strong connections to and a knowledge of the local market place
