ISDA Paralegal - US Firm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ISDA Paralegal to join a top US law firm’s Finance practice.

The team work with an enviable client list, from start-ups to large institutional clients, advising on fund-raising across the USA, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. They also provide comprehensive compliance and regulatory expertise in the MiFID II and UCITS V regimes.

You can look forward to working as part of a collegiate team on a range of transactions. As the firm have a relatively small trainee intake, this is a hands on Paralegal role which will incorporate everything from bibling and due diligence through to drafting correspondence for clients, working on private funds offerings, securities filings and prospectuses. Along with fee earning you'd also get involved with some project work on their award winning client subscription product, which offers investment firms 24/7 access to marketing and distribution guidance 100 jurisdictions worldwide.

The successful ISDA Paralegal will have stellar academics and prior ISDA experience, e.g. experience working on a Variation Margin project in a bank.

This US firm’s Finance division are extremely well-regarded within the market and very good at what they do. This is therefore not your average ISDA Paralegal role; it is an opportunity for a Paralegal to gain lots of responsibility and do trainee level work.

The role is a 12 month contract with scope for extension beyond that paying £30k with overtime on top.
