Regeneration Lawyer

Regeneration Lawyer required to join a London based local authority for an initial 3 month period.

The successful Regeneration Lawyer will be expected to carry a varied caseload that will be primarily dealing with;

• Town redevelopment
• Academy development agreements
• Commercial property matters
• Advising with the implementation of regeneration agendas

The ideal candidate will have previous local authority experience and be able to demonstrate a good track record of working collaboratively with internal clients, external agencies and partners.
