Paralegal

An amazing opportunity at a US law firm for a talented Paralegal who enjoys Finance Law.

A US law firm with an excellent reputation for high quality work are seeking to take on an additional one or two paralegals in their Finance Group to expand the team.

One of the paralegals will focus on more Funds related work, and the other Capital Markets/ISDA. Duties will range from the more standard paralegal duties including due diligence, proof reading, legal research, managing deal rooms etc, to more trainee level tasks including drafting.

The team itself are very friendly and really value their paralegals, they also care about the paralegals progression, and if you really prove yourself there potentially is a training contract on offer.

The ideal profile of the paralegal will be someone who can demonstrate an excellent academic background (LPC preferred but not essential) with experience from either a law firm or an in-house legal department. This experience can be in any related area, banking, finance, capital markets, derivatives, ISDA, debt finance, equity finance, funds, UCITS or corporate.

This paralegal role is a rolling contract for 12 months.
