Corporate Associate - Singapore

I am working with a leading international firm who rank highly in all practice areas. With several offices across Asia, my client are involved in all major transactions and have strong international experience across the team. They are currently looking to hire into their M&A practice and would be interested in speaking with those who have gained a similarly high level of international experience.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of PQE, common law qualification and training gained from an international law firm. The position will focus on broad M&A matters and general corporate experience with a focus on M&A looked upon favourably. Successful candidates will work alongside an industry leading partner and join a team of highly professional, experienced associates.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of PQE with common law qualification
• Strong M&A and international experience
• Strong academic background
