MOJ Portal Paralegal

A leading personal injury firm are looking to add an experienced MOJ Portal Paralegal to their team. The firm are part of a large ABS and thanks to their structure they have a stable and sustainable source of work, providing you with excellent job security. There is a transparent and achievable bonus structure in place for all fee earners which is based on monthly settlements.

You will be handling a moderate caseload of fast-track claims. You will not be responsible for the inception of the claim, however once the claim has been assessed you will run the claim through to settlement or litigation. Your case load will be subjective to the complexity of the files you deal with however your caseload will not exceed 250 files. You will have upwards of one year's experience handling your own caseload of MOJ Portal files from either a defendant or claimant background.

The role is paying up to £22,000 along with a lucrative bonus structure and generous annual leave. There is a clear-cut progression structure in place throughout the firm. The firm are willing to pay the toll for any employees commuting through the Mersey tunnel or Runcorn Bridge.
