Commercial Contracts Solicitor

Commercial Solicitor.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial solicitor to join a commercial team who are listed as top tier in the legal 500. You will be joining some excellent commercial lawyers based out of the Leamington Spa office.

The Role:
· Working on a range of projects for public and private sector bodies
· Managing own caseload of commercial contracts to include procurement and matters surrounding GDPR
· Working with a collegiate commercial team on a range of projects

Candidate Requirements:
· You will be circa 3/4 years' PQE and be able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
· Demonstrable experience in drafting and negotiating of a range of contracts, to include procurement
· Be able to show that you are personable and have excellent communication skills
