A leading law firm based in South London is looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their busy HR team on a permanent basis.

The Learning and Development Coordinator is an exciting new role which reflects the recognition of Learning and Development in the firm’s agenda. The candidate will ideally have two years’ experience in an L&D role and will be confident to build relationships on all levels across the firm.

The key duties will include:

  • Assisting the Learning & Development Manager, HR Director and others in the coordination of the design, implementation and delivery of all L&D solutions so that these meet the achievement of divisional, departmental and firm wide objectives.
  • Developing relationships across the firm as well as external L&D suppliers
  • Assuming responsibility for the coordination, administration and facilitation of the firm wide induction programme for all new starters to the firm, liaising with the HR Business partner team as required
  • Reviewing and streamlining the firms HR processes
  • Working alongside the HR Director, assisting with all aspects of the administration of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion programme.
  • Supporting on D&I mandatory reporting requirements including running relevant reports and assisting with their compilation and publication on the firm’s website
  • Ensuring that all legal, compliance and best practice of fee earners and support staff are met

The Learning and Development Coordinator will have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines as well as possessing outstanding communication skills.
