My client is a leading global advisory firm dealing with Risk and Insurance, seeking a Lead Recruiter to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join the team as the Lead Recruiter for their Insurance groups, managing a team of two. The team provides state of the art, full life-cycle recruiting services, partnering with business leaders to define recruiting needs and develop a clear and comprehensive plan for achieving them.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition the Lead Recruiter will be responsible for the following:
- Manage executive level hiring, working collaboratively with the Executive Recruiter.
- Working with business leadership to develop comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies and manage the recruitment process and life-cycle.
- Stakeholder management, including senior management liaison.
- Effectively manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process and ensure this process is being consistently applied.
- Consistently explore new and innovative approaches that reduce recruiting costs while maintaining high quality support
- Support the broader HR team with information requests and advice
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function
The candidate will have exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills, a good knowledge of re-insurance/ Insurance market and strong organisational abilities. Previous people management and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources is essential.
