Are you a motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Junior Fee Earner who is looking for a new opportunity to make the most of your abilities?

If so our client, an established and growing traditional high street law firm based in Lancashire is looking for an ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal or Fee Earner join the team at their office based in Chorley

The Conveyancing Paralegal role will be working within their growing Residential Conveyancing Department, assisting on a caseload of Sale and purchase matters, including Leasehold, Buy to Let, New Builds and Shared Ownership.

The ideal Residential Conveyancing candidate will have full understanding of the Conveyancing process, experience of assisting on a caseload from inception to completion of Residential property transactions is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Residential Conveyancing experience, Salary is dependent on experience.
