This is a good opportunity to join a fairly small family team and get some real good, hands on experience. You will work closely with the senior members of the team, as one of just a couple of paralegals in the team.

Our client is a regional firm in Staffordshire. They are an all-practice firm and their work is comparable to that of one of the bigger firms in Birmingham city centre, whilst they maintain the feel and advantages of working at a smaller practice.
Description
Key responsibilities will include assisting on the following:
- Divorce
- Separation
- Settling finances
- Arrangements for children
Duties will range from administrative duties to taking witness documents and drafting court documents.
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience in family law and have good academics.
