An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial solicitor with a minimum of three years' post qualification experience to join the commercial team of a highly regarded national firm working from the firm's Birmingham office. Work will be a broad base of commercial contracts, outsourcing, projects, IT agreements, intellectual property and data protection. The Role:

* Undertaking a general commercial role advising on commercial contracts, outsourcing, projects, IT agreements, intellectual property and data protection.
* Specifically drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including standard terms and conditions, licence agreements, outsourcing agreements, distributorship and agency agreements, website terms of use and privacy policies, supply contracts and outsourcing agreements.
* Advising on intellectual property ownership issues and data protection.
* Assisting colleagues in sector specific teams including education and health.

Candidate Requirements:

* A minimum of three years' post qualification experience.
* You must have a demonstrable interest in commercial contracts, IP and IT.
* Solid academic profile and technically strong.
* Keen marketing, business development and networking skills.
