Are you a corporate solicitor (2 PQE+) seeking a challenging and rewarding job opportunity that offers genuine scope for progression to partner level? If so, this is the job for you... 
 
This Legal 500 Bristol based law firm is rapidly expanding, resulting in its need to add an ambitious corporate solicitor 2 PQE + to its current team.
 
You will be responsible for high calibre corporate transactions for a wide range of the firm’s clients including PLCs, family businesses, charities and education providers. You will be exposed to a caseload of high value big ticket transactions to include M&A, joint ventures and share sales from the day you start.
 
You will have: 

• Previous experience within corporate law 
• Previous experience with handling your own caseload.
• Have the ability and drive to assist with the firm's business development
• Previously assisted with the development of the more junior member of the team. 

 This is a full time position and will provide an experienced corporate solicitor the opportunity to further develop your career within a forward thinking, highly respected and supportive Legal 500 law firm.
