HR Manager - Kent.
Leading law firm in Kent are looking to recruit an HR Manager.
The role will be a full HR generalist role including recruitment, employee relations, rewards and remuneration, employee disciplinaries and grievances etc...
Applications are welcome from HR Officers who want to take a step up to HR Manager or current HR Managers. You will be willing to take responsibility for your own work and also be keen to learn and develop your skills and experience.
It would be an advantage if you have a law firm background but if not then you must have a professional services background.
CIPD qualification or working towards would also be an advantage.
