Paralegal to Trainee Solicitor
Slough, Berkshire
£20,000 to £24,000
Providing support for our two commercial solicitors alongside two other trainees, the post holder will be responsible for preparing legal agreements and company secretarial paperwork; liaising with franchisees and external advisors; logging, scanning and filing of documents; and carrying out any other ad hoc duties as required. The role will cover a broad range of work, but with a particular emphasis on franchising, intellectual property, commercial and company secretarial matters.
The successful candidate will be an LPC graduate with strong academics, a keen eye for detail, excellent technical, communication, organisational and time management skills, and be diligent and methodical in approach, comfortable with Word and Excel (Access would be an advantage) and able to deal with legal matters in the strictest confidence.
This will initially be a paralegal role with a view to progressing to become a Trainee Solicitor.
