Italian speaking Corporate Paralegal

Our client, a highly prestigious US law firm are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join them on a temporary basis.

This temporary role will be commencing ideally ASAP, and the successful candidate will be required to assist the firm on an on-going basis and has the potential to lead in to a permanent contract.

The successful paralegal will be situated within the firms renowned Corporate department and duties will include; proofreading documents, conducting legal research, assist with filings, collate and organise closings, assist at signing and completion meetings, provide company secretarial support and assist with due diligence.

The ideal candidate will be a fluent Italian speaking Law graduate, who has ideally completed the LPC. They must have experience of working within the Corporate department of a City or international law firm and experience with capital markets is extremely desirable.

This role is not a document review role, and the successful candidate will have gained prior experience in fulfilling corporate paralegal tasks. Qualified lawyers will be considered; however, you must have a strong paralegal background, unfortunately candidates with solid document review experience will not be considered at this stage.
