Commercial Property Solicitor.
A Legal 500 firm with a loyal client base is looking to appoint a Commercial Property solicitor to inherit a sizeable caseload, this is due to succession planning taking place now within the firm.
This is a a unique opportunity in Nottinghamshire - a rare one where a tailor made caseload is available, a generalist Commercial Property portfolio acting on behalf of companies and also high net worth individuals. There is also a smattering of residential work which the incoming solicitor would be expected to pick up and nurture.
The opportunity would suit someone at senior associate level and a route to partnership is available, although it is not a pre-requisite that applicants would need top commit to partnership in the future. The role would be replacing a partner, however there are other solicitor within the firm who are ready to move up and take responsibility for the running of the firm.
You will be an enthusiastic solicitor or legal executive who can roll your sleeves up and add value to clients.
Typically the work has been commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, handling development and purchasing matters on behalf of high net worth clients and commercial clients.
You should be happy to live and work in the Notinghamshire area - although the role is not with a big city firm in Nottingham city centre. It is based in the county and the client base would be appropriate for that setting.
