West Midlands – Immediate or ASAP start – 3-4 months - £30-£40ph DOE

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with immediate availability to assist a busy department with a caseload of plot sales matters. This is a temporary job opportunity offering excellent earning potential, a supportive working environment and a secured assignment until Christmas.

The temporary contract is projected to commence as soon as possible in the coming weeks with a view to continuing for 3 to 4 months initially with a potential for extension. The role will entail assuming responsibility for plot sales files at various stages and progressing them in a time and cost efficient manner.

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Fee Earner with strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and prior exposure to plot sales work. You will be available to commence the assignment either immediately or at very short notice and will be an enthusiastic and hard-working team player.

Your skills, experience and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate commensurate with your level of PQE, full secretarial and administrative support and a free parking space on-site.
