Elite tier, US and international law firm is seeking to hire a paralegal to join a busy, successful and rapidly growing Corporate M&A team on a 12 month FTC basis.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have an excellent academic background ideally with the LPC qualification along with corporate/private equity/mergers & acquisitions experience – either working paralegal or vacation scheme based, attained from a noted US or UK law firm based here in the city of London. Great for candidates who have secured a training contract.
In return you will receive the opportunity to work on high profile transactional matters for key clients of the firm alongside some of the best Associates and Partners in today’s increasingly competitive market.
Standard hours are 09:30 to 17:30, base salary circa £33k + paid overtime
