The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic Residential Property Fee Earner to join an experienced team located in Plymouth. Managing a varied caseload of both freehold and leasehold residential transactions, the successful Fee Earner will endeavour to deliver high quality advice and service at all times. Areas may include: re-mortgages; sales and purchases; transfers of equity; acting for first time buyers; equity release schemes and; new builds. Additionally, the successful Fee Earner will show a desire to participate in business development initiatives for the department and practice as a whole. In return, the successful Fee Earner will can expect a friendly and supportive working environment, opportunities for continued professional development and a good work/life balance.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or Paralegals with solid experience in residential property;
Candidates shall be technically proficient, able to handle their own workload with minimal supervision;
Highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy;
Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written and a client-focused approach;
Is personable, professional and detail-orientated;
A team player with a desire for professional development.
