Litigation Solicitor - Salary dependent on experience.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join one of the fastest growin law firms in the West Midlands. My client is seeking a Solicitor to join their litigation team in Wolverhampton to assist them in their planned growth.

The Role:

The role would suit a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience gained from a personal injury background, however those with litigation experience seeking a retrain opportunity will also be considered.

Essential Requirements:

* Minimum of circa three years litigation experience for any background.
* Experience of working within a volume driven claims department is essential.
* Strong working knowledge of the civil procedure rules and their application throughout the litigation process.
* Practical experience of Part 7 small claims and fast track litigation.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical approach to reviewing documents.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* A team player who can build relationships with co-workers and clients alike.
* Ability to consistently achieve income targets on a monthly basis.
* Have an ability to plan and prioritise own workload.
* Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to value claims along with a proven track record on file settlements.
* Familiar with using Pro Claim or other case management software.
* Good interesting of legal accounting principles.
* Possessing a "can-do" attitude and being willing to go the extra mile.
