NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Salary £37,000
A NQ Solicitor is required for a top tier law firm based in Birmingham.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in for a NQ Solicitor to join a top tier law firm based in Birmingham. My candidate is looking to recruit a NQ Solicitor that has gained Clinical Negligence experience either as a trainee solicitor or Paralegal. You will be joining their highly reputable healthcare team that advises NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, Medical Protection Society and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals and clinics on clinical negligence claims.
In this exciting role, you will assist on a busy and varied caseload covering the full range of Clinical Negligence issues including surgical, orthopaedic, obstetric and psychiatric - Claims will vary in from high to low value and comprise of both pre-litigated and litigated claims.
To be considered for the role you must be a NQ Solicitor. Knowledge of clinical negligence litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules as well as litigation experience within clinical negligence are also essential.
