Commercial Property Solicitor

An unmissable new vacancy has cropped up with an award winning firm based in Harrogate. Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to head up the team and will consider those on either a full time or part time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to be the face of Commercial Property within the department.
The work of the team is varied and includes commercial premises, development land and rural property; including commercial leases (landlord and tenant), freehold sales and purchase, development agreements, overages and conditional sales. This role would suit someone who enjoys the variety and challenge of a broad commercial property caseload rather than a narrow specialism, and who has the experience and well-placed confidence to undertake such a role and lead a team.
Within the team, but not part of the leadership structure, the team has a former partner of a national law firm who provides invaluable advice and experience.

This position would be suitable for a person with ideally 5+ years PQE; able to handle a wide range of commercial property matters, and with strong commerciality to be able to provide pragmatic business advice. A client following or strong existing network of clients and contact is desirable, but not essential
