An elite offshore law firm with a strong presence in the British Virgin Islands requires a corporate lawyer to join their team.
The Role
Joining a team that leads the market for corporate and investment funds work, the corporate lawyer will advise a high-end global client base on many of the largest deals in the market, often heavily involved as co-Counsel with major onshore firms.
The Candidate
The firm has a strong strategy for growth and as part of that it is keen to find an experienced UK qualified corporate and/or funds lawyer who can demonstrate:
- Technical strength
- Confidence in a client facing capacity
- At least three years of post-qualification experience gained in a good corporate law firm environment
