My client is a dynamic law firm with Lexcel accreditation and they are Law Society accredited for Children Law. They have a strong presence both locally and nationally. They are currently seeking an experienced Child Care Solicitor.

The Role;

As a Child care Solicitor, you will be dealing with both privately and publicly funded work, running a caseload from initial instruction through to completion. You will also be dealing with your own advocacy for client in court.

The candidate;

You will have 3 years minimum experience as a Child Care Solicitor ideally however, NQ and above will be considered, you will have the ability to conduct your own advocacy and will have experience of acting on behalf of the guardian, this is desirable but not essential. It would also be advantageous if you had case management experience and strong IT skills. Panel membership or willingness to work towards Panel Membership is essential.
