Investment Funds Paralegal

LAW Absolute is currently working on behalf of a highly reputable top tier law firm. Our client is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their Investment Funds department for a period of 18 months. 

The successful candidate should expect to work on a broad range of paralegal duties within the Investment Funds team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to preparing transaction bibles, drafting ancillary deal documents, establishing and incorporating fund vehicles as well as liaising with clients amongst others.

The successful applicant must have experience working as a finance paralegal at a top tier law firm, and experience working with funds is desirable. 

Due to the nature of the team, the successful applicant can expect to work on an interesting and varied caseload.
