An NQ corporate and commercial Lawyer is required by a leading and progressive law firm that has expanded in recent years and become a Top 200 UK Law firm.
The Role and Responsibilities
Working alongside partners and solicitors within the Corporate and Commercial department, the NQ lawyer will support the development of the Corporate and Commercial department and undertake both corporate and commercial work, including:
- Corporate re-organisations, mergers and demergers;
- Share and asset acquisitions and sales;
- Shareholder and partnership agreements;
- General commercial agreements;
- Data protection and GDPR;
- Providing independent legal advice on banking and other documentation;
The commercial / corporate lawyer will be involved in the networking and marketing activities of the department, including presentations, briefings, and attending external functions.
