An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor who has hit a brick wall career wise. This is a fantastic chance to reach that desired Partner level that you are unable to achieve at your current firm as well as heading up the team.
This forward thinking, modern high street law firm have a proven track record for success within property law in North Hampshire and are looking for a Senior Lawyer in their commercial property team in this key placement. The role is a succession planning opportunity due to a retiring Partner. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. Commercial property work will include dealing with new commercial leases, assignments, lease renewals and related Landlord & Tenant matters, development land including options and overage agreements, unincorporated business sales and purchases, and general business/property advice. You will also handle HNW residential property matters.

This North Hampshire based role as a Commercial Property Associate/Partner will involve:
• Handling a mixed commercial property caseload + HNW residential property
• Be able to supervise members of the team
• Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
