Childcare Solicitor.
A leading law firm with a well regarded family department based out of their Manchester office are looking to expand their Family Law offering with the hire of an additional Family/Childcare Solicitor (NQ+ PQE).
This well managed and thriving law firm have an excellent reputation in childcare law. The team have several individuals recognised as leading professionals in this niche area of childcare. You will advise and assist clients with legal matters relating to family law specifically relating to care.
You will work closely alongside the Senior Family Solicitors and be part of a friendly and well regarded team which provides support to all team members.
As well as representing and advising parents and other family members in care proceedings, the team has long established links with local authorities, social services and cafcass etc and is regularly instructed to represent the interests of the child.
You must be a qualified Care Solicitor (applications are welcomed at all levels NQ+), it is essential to have previous experience of child care law proceedings.
