Residential Property Lawyer

A highly rated multi office law firm with offices close to Barnsley is on the lookout for a skilled all round residential conveyancing lawyer (solicitor/ licenced conveyancer) to head a branch office conveyancing team.

The property team receives a very healthy flow of work from referrers, direct marketing and cross selling from other departments and is flourishing to the extent that they have the capacity to take on a skilled property lawyer with at least 3 years' experience of good quality conveyancing work.

Experience of high net worth sales/purchase and lease extensions would welcomed although any technically proficient residential property lawyers with a track record of providing good quality client orientated advice are invited to apply.

Salary for the role is between £26,000 and £32,000 plus benefits
