Boutique yet expanding US law firm in London is looking to hire a new Administrative Assistant to join their London office, although the duties will primarily be reception based you will not be sitting at Front-of-House rather you will be sitting with the PA team. Duties will include standard reception tasks such as managing the meeting room bookings, setting-up/clearing away meeting rooms, greeting clients/visitors and being responsible for answering the phones with the additional duties for the desired highly organised and capable of multi-tasking candidate of being involved with assisting Fee-Earners directly e.g. with printing/bundling, booking couriers, expenses etc, so this position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is perhaps in an existing reception role and looking to expand their skill set and take on more responsibility or is wanting to work at a fast-paced law firm and start their career in a varied and busy role. Standard hours are 9am to 5:30pm with a flexible attitude required as now and again you will be asked to help out with events and support office functions. Applicants will need to be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, work efficiently, at times under pressure, possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and be able to prioritise their own workload in order to juggle conflicting demands and meet deadlines. The salary is a range from £22-25,000 so candidates with varying levels of experience please apply – however a positive and passionate attitude will be key. Candidates need to be well-presented and well-spoken.
