Commercial Debt Recoveries Solicitor - Liverpool City Centre

Opportunity for an NQ- 2 years PQE commercial debt recovery solicitor to join an award winning national law firm in their Liverpool City Centre office.

The Role:
· Commercial Debt Recovery solicitor - NQ-2 years
· You would be dealing with the conduct of MIB litigation cases in Commercial recoveries and supporting the team lead with client relationship management activities including, regulatory and compliance issues, client audits, client SLA delivery and business development.
· Assisting with Pre-litigation cases
· Running your own caseload of files
· Drafting policies and procedures
· Handling complex insurance cases
· Handling disputed legal proceedings
· Attending marketing activities and events

Candidate Requirements:
· NQ- 2 year PQE solicitor with an interest in Commercial Recoveries
· Ability to work autonomously and also within a wider team
