L&D Advisor – 12-month FTC – c£50-£55,000

Our client is a leading global law firm based in the heart of the City, close to both Fenchurch Street and Liverpool Street Stations. Due to an upcoming maternity leave they are looking for a confident and dynamic Learning & Development Advisor to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for an L&D Professional with at least 5 years’ experience, in a fast-paced commercial environment. Ideally they are looking for someone who has gained at least two years’ experience in the L&D team of a City Law Firm or similar professional services environment.

What they are looking for is an L&D specialist with a broad range of skills and competencies, including delivery, who is able to work autonomously and as part of busy team of highly talented individuals.

They are happy to consider candidates who need to give a months’ notice, as the person isn’t leaving yet, but they would like to move on this and interview ASAP as they would like to organise a handover.
