A large well established law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their fee earners in Coventry.

The Role:

This will be a fee earning role for the successful Commercial Property Solicitor working on commercial property transactions including factories, industrial units, offices, developers, landlord and tenant work. Running your own caseload and meeting clients to explain matters in a personable manner.

Requirements:

The Ideal Commercial Property Solicitor must have worked within a Commercial Property fee earning role for at least 2 - 4 years. This firm is looking for someone with a dynamic attitude to work, competent, presentable and strong client care relationship skills.
