Great opportunity to work as an in-house lawyer for a large PLC based in the Midlands for a lawyer who is interested or passionate about customer service.
The role is to work as a ‘legal’ business partner of the company's Customer Service Team owning and supervising all legal elements needed to support the team. Customer Delivery encompasses a broad range of functions including customer and debt strategy, billing, care & assistance, customer contact, complaints and credit management.
We are open minded on technical background but a litigation background may be useful and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of working for a customer/consumer facing company or industry.
We are open minded on PQE but feel a minimum of 5 years is essential. The role is based in the West Midlands but will require travel to other Midlands sites one day per week.
