PART TIME MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER. 3 days a week 50-52k pro rata.

This prestigious law firm in the West End seeks a part-time Marketing and Communications Manager (3 days a week) to work closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Development to implement their communications programme.

The role

This is a 3 day a week role and will initially be offered as a 12 month contract.

It will be a broad role but will have a particular focus on written communications and digital marketing. You will have a key role in  developing a content marketing strategy including taking the lead on writing, editing and promoting the firm through all relevant communication channels.

Key responsibilities

Creating, and editing written content for the firm’s new website and social media channels
Implementing new campaigns to improve online engagement through digital marketing
Coordinating, writing and editing submissions to the leading legal directories, such as Chambers and The Legal 500.
Overseeing all updates to the firm’s website using WordPress, ensuring all copy enforces the firm’s style guidelines
Creating pitch documents, presentations and event marketing collateral
Involvement in coaching the fee earners in social media and writing content for the web
Managing and reporting on the firm’s social media and website activity
Liaising with external PR and design agencies
 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with experience in professional services marketing.
Excellent written communication skills and experience with copy writing are a must.
You will be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing with senior members of staff.
You will be a creative thinker with an entrepreneurial bias
Ideally degree and/or CIM qualified.
