Legal Counsel

A client Pro-Legal have worked with many times has asked us to assist them with their search for a legal counsel with funds and corporate experience.

You would be using your experience to provide legal support to fund launches, maintenance, amendments and closures.

This would require hands-on drafting, managing, negotiating and advising on a range of fund documentation. You would also have the opportunity to contribute to know-how sessions
