Legal Counsel

An international investment management organisation based in the city of London is currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team on a permanent basis.  

Reporting into the Head of Legal the Legal Counsel will be responsible for a wide range of matters including, but not limited to:

• Supporting on all aspects of a fund life cycle which will include fund launches, day to day maintenance, amendments and closures
• Working with senior stakeholders both in the UK and internationally
• Negotiating and drafting fund documents
• Where necessary participating in Board meetings
• Advising the wider business on fund related matters
• Supporting on compliance

The role has been newly created as a result of the organisation’s success and the successful candidate will be working within a friendly and supportive environment.

To be considered for the role you should:

• Be a qualified Lawyer
• Have  extensive Funds related experience
