Have you qualified recently or approaching qualification and looking to qualify into a transactional / finance area of law?

We are working with a leading Birmingham team who are looking to bring a solicitor on board to deal with a mix of Banking work. You will acting for financial institutions and lenders on a range of acquisition finance, property finance and leverage finance matters.

The team work really closely with their Corporate colleagues so there will be plenty of interaction with solicitors in other teams at the firm.

The work is excellent quality and you will be given full training and support.

The team is on a lot of the local Banking panels and so there is a consistent stream of work. Networking and business development is really important to the team and you will have the opportunity to be involved in this from day one.

Profile

Ideally you will have completed a seat in Banking or will have undertaken a heavily transactional training contract and can demonstrate a genuine passion and interest in Finance law.

Our client will consider candidates with a range of PQE who can demonstrate Banking Law experience.
