In House Legal Counsel

Your new company
A Leading automotive company is looking for an addition to their Group Legal Team. Your new company is involved with specialising in advanced engineering and technology innovation, testing and manufacturing services.

Your new role
You will be the primary point of contact for a wide range of issues relating to one of the companies advanced business branches. You will be responsible for:

• Drafting/Negotiating Commercial Contracts including collaboration agreements, development agreements, supply agreements and licence agreements.
• Advising on intellectual property matters including working closely with the IP Manager in relation to the management of the Group's patents and trade mark portfolios.
• Managing litigation and other disputes relating to the company.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a qualified commercial or IP lawyer with around 2 - 3 years PQE (gained either in-house or in private practice) and will have significant relevant experience working within a similar role. You should be a fluent communicator, with a highly analytical approach and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and work robustly under pressure.
